To support open access and ensure the broadest possible reach, JAIEIA charges an Article Processing Charge (APC) of $50 per accepted article. Discounts or waivers are available for authors from low- and middle-income countries or those experiencing financial hardship, subject to approval by the editorial board.

What is covered?

The journal team offer editorial and peer review services, online hosting and maintenance, assignment of a Digital Object Identifier (DOI), and a free letter of acceptance and certificate of publication. The fee also covers plagiarism checks, inclusion in academic databases for enhanced discoverability, long-term archiving, and promotional activities to increase the article’s visibility.

Fast Track Submission Option

For authors with time-sensitive research, a Fast Track submission option is available for no fees. This expedited process reduces the review time significantly, by offering quicker publication and priority handling by editors and reviewers. It is ideal for authors aiming to meet tight deadlines, such as conference presentations or grant conditions.
