Author Guidelines

General Requirements

  • Language: Articles are accepted in English, Arabic, and French to cater to a broad academic audience.
  • Length of Paper: There are no strict word or page limits, but clarity and conciseness are encouraged.
  • Recommended word count: Word count range is 4000-7000 words.

Paper Template and Formatting

Template Use: Authors must use the provided journal template for submissions, which can be found HERE.
Format: Submissions should be in Microsoft Word format.
Manuscript Organization: Manuscripts typically follow a standard academic structure, unless specified otherwise:

  1. Title (concise, up to 12 words, avoiding abbreviations)
  2. Authors, affiliations, emails, and ORCID IDs
  3. Keywords (4 to 6 for indexing)
  4. Abstract (up to 350 words)
  5. Introduction
  6. Literature Review
  7. Methodology
  8. Results/Findings
  9. Conclusion
  10. Statements and Declarations (funding, conflicts of interest, acknowledgments)
  11. References (APA style)

Ethics and Permissions

Ethics: Research involving humans must adhere to the Declaration of Helsinki and have ethics committee approval.
Permissions: Necessary permissions for third-party content and tools used must be obtained by the authors.

AI Transparency Statement

The use of any artificial intelligence tool needs to be acknowledged for transparency. Authors should post-edit any AI generated content and assume responsibility for it its accuracy.

Changes to Authorship

Changes to Authorship: Post-submission changes in authorship need to follow the COPE guidelines and include an Approval email by all original authors

English Language Editing

English Language Editing: The manuscript should be clear in English. Language editing services are available but not mandatory for acceptance.

Similarity check

Similarity check, plagiarism check and AI detection checks are available to check to originality of the research papers.
