We publish peer-reviewed, open-access scholarly journals across a range of disciplines. Every article we publish is freely available to read, download, and share, because we believe that access to knowledge should never depend on the ability to pay. Our work is guided by a deep commitment to research integrity, ethical publishing, and the responsible use of emerging technologies in academic settings.

Mission

Our mission at Researchpublication, Inc. is to advance the quality and reach of scholarly communication worldwide. We do this by upholding the highest standards of ethical responsibility, inclusivity, and transparency in every stage of the publishing process.

We are especially focused on promoting honest and responsible use of artificial intelligence tools in research. As these technologies become more common in academic work, we believe it is essential that authors, reviewers, and editors maintain full transparency about how and where AI is used. Our editorial policies reflect this commitment.

We are also dedicated to protecting researchers from predatory publishing practices. By maintaining a rigorous, double-blind peer review process and clearly communicating our editorial standards, we aim to build and sustain trust in the work we publish. Our typical turnaround from submission to initial editorial decision is four to six weeks, because we believe that thoroughness and speed can coexist when systems are well designed.

Beyond publishing, we actively support early-career researchers by providing mentorship opportunities, clear and accessible author guidelines, and a welcoming environment for first-time contributors. We want every researcher, regardless of experience level or institutional affiliation, to feel that their work has a place in the global conversation.

Vision

We envision a future in which access to high-quality scholarly research is open to everyone, everywhere. Our long-term goal is to help build a research ecosystem that is transparent, inclusive, and sustainable.

We believe that peer review is the backbone of credible scholarship, and we are working to make that process as fair, efficient, and accessible as possible. By removing financial barriers to publication and readership, we aim to democratize access to knowledge and give voice to researchers from institutions and regions that have historically been underrepresented in global academic discourse.

As we grow, we plan to expand our journal portfolio, strengthen our editorial networks, and develop new programs that connect researchers across borders and disciplines.

Core Values

Everything we do at Researchpublication, Inc. is guided by a clear set of principles. These are not just words on a page for us; they shape our editorial decisions, our relationships with authors and reviewers, and the way we build our organization.

Academic Integrity. We hold ourselves and our contributors to the highest ethical standards. Plagiarism, data fabrication, and undisclosed conflicts of interest have no place in our journals. Every manuscript we receive goes through a careful screening and review process before it reaches publication.

Transparency. We believe that openness builds trust. Our editorial processes, review timelines, and publishing fees are clearly documented and publicly available. When we use or encounter AI-generated content, we require full disclosure.

Inclusivity. Research is a global endeavor, and our journals reflect that. We welcome contributions from scholars of all backgrounds, career stages, and institutional settings. We actively seek diversity in our editorial boards and reviewer pools.

Quality. We would rather publish fewer articles of high quality than many articles of uncertain merit. Our double-blind peer review process is designed to evaluate work on its scholarly contribution, methodological rigor, and clarity of presentation, without regard to the author's name, affiliation, or country of origin.

Accessibility. All of our journals are fully open access. We do not charge readers for access to published research. We believe that a student at a small university deserves the same access to scholarship as a professor at a well-funded institution.

Sustainability. We are building Researchpublication, Inc. for the long term. As a nonprofit, we reinvest every dollar into improving our journals, expanding our reach, and supporting the researchers who make our work possible.

Publishing Standards and Indexing

We take our publishing standards seriously. Every journal published by Researchpublication, Inc. is assigned an International Standard Serial Number (ISSN) registered through the Library of Congress. All published articles receive Digital Object Identifiers (DOIs) through Crossref, ensuring that each piece of research is permanently discoverable and citable through DOI.org.

Our journals are currently indexed in Google Scholar and are built to meet the technical and ethical requirements of major scholarly databases. We are actively working toward broader indexation, including future consideration by Scopus and Web of Science, in accordance with their evaluation criteria and quality standards.

We follow the guidelines and best practices established by the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE), and we are committed to meeting or exceeding the standards expected of responsible academic publishers worldwide.

Our Journals

We currently publish three peer-reviewed, open-access journals. Each one serves a distinct research community while sharing our organization's commitment to quality, transparency, and accessibility.

Applied Journal of Water-Energy-Food-Ecosystems (AJWEFE) focuses on interdisciplinary research at the intersection of water resources, energy systems, food security, and ecosystem health. The journal welcomes original studies, reviews, and case analyses from researchers working on some of the most pressing environmental challenges of our time.

International Journal of Human Post-Edited AI Qualitative Data Analysis (IJHPAQDA) explores the intersection of artificial intelligence and qualitative research methodology. This journal is dedicated to examining how AI tools can support, rather than replace, human judgment in the analysis of qualitative data. It is one of the first journals in the world to focus specifically on this emerging area. ISSN: 3070-3433.

International Journal of Cultural and Language Studies (IJCLS) publishes research in linguistics, cultural studies, language education, translation, and related fields. The journal serves as a platform for scholars investigating how language and culture shape human experience across societies and contexts.
