Review Process

Fast first decision

Each manuscript is first reviewed in-house by the Editor-in-Chief to ensure it aligns with the journal’s scope, adheres to submission guidelines, and maintains high research quality. Manuscripts that do not meet these criteria are either immediately rejected or returned for revision, enabling authors to quickly resubmit elsewhere if necessary.

Peer review process

Qualifying manuscripts undergo a double-blind peer review by two experts, assessing factors like originality, ethical standards, and clarity of presentation over 2-3 weeks. Outcomes include acceptance, minor or major revisions, or rejection, depending on the reviews.

Revisions

Authors receive feedback and a set deadline for revisions— one week for minor and two weeks for major adjustments. This ensures all reviewer comments are addressed before re-evaluation.

Final decision

The Editor re-assesses revised manuscripts to confirm all feedback has been incorporated. Manuscripts may be accepted, require further revisions, or be rejected.

Copyediting and proofreading

Accepted papers are copyedited and proofread for language and format before authors review the final PDF prior to publication.

Complaints and appeals

Authors can appeal editorial decisions or file complaints by contacting the Editor-in-Chief, who will review the manuscript and make a final decision, after further peer review.
